A reset of board tilt (r) will also force many balls out if it is tilted.
Impulse to all active balls: w = forward, s = backward, a = left, d = right
r = Reset tilt
Tilt board: left, right, up, down arrowkeys
Other: q = new ball/s, b = bounding box, u = status box
